Return Authorization Request
We value your business and are sincerely committed to your satisfaction. If you are need to return something to us fill out the "Return Authorization Request" form below. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a RMA number and complete details for returning your purchase. After you receive your RMA, simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and exchange the item(s).
All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable due to the high cost of shipping ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
PLEASE NOTE! We must be contacted prior to any item being returned in order to provide you with instructions on how to proceed. This is required to expedite the process and to insure you receive proper exchange for the item being returned.
We try to accommodate all customers by exchanging items when possible. If an exchange is not possible, we will gladly offer you store credit towards another item or a refund.
WHAT TO INCLUDE & WHERE TO SEND A RETURN:
All items MUST be returned to our Returns Processing facility. When you contact us about returning an item, we will send you a detailed email with simple instructions for sending your item back, including the address for our Returns Processing facility. This email will also include a form you will need to send with your return which will expedite your exchange or refund.
When returning an item, please make sure all tags are still attached and include any protective covering, paperwork and the original box that came with the product. Improper packing during shipment can damage items, so please use care when preparing the item for return shipping. Unless it was damaged by the carrier in transit, most items can be returned in the same shipping box in which you received them.
Once we receive the original item back, it will be inspected to insure it is still in new resale-able condition and/or to verify any reported defects. Exchanges are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the original item back. We cannot exchange or issue refunds on items which show obvious signs of use or are not in the same condition in which they were originally sent to you.
