All parcels require a signature. This is the only
way to make sure customers receive their orders and
also to protect us against claims of non delivery.
Customers are reminded to be aware of their local
laws and regulations. This is your responsibility as
we are unable to keep up with the developments of
each country. Refunds (due to customs issues) will
only be honored (less shipping charges and
restocking fee) if products are returned in complete
and resalable conditions. We haven’t experienced
difficulty in the delivery of our shipments to more
than 61 countries so far. 99.98% delivery success,
and at the second attempt for the 0.01% 99.99%
so we are old rats and master in doing this.
Sometimes the shippers have some strict checks what
can cause delay , especial nearby public holidays
times.

International Shipping
Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying
for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your
order.
If packages are refused upon delivery or customer
refuse to pay his duties when sized, than the
customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes,
return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original
shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow
7-10 business days for delivery.
Expected Shipping Times
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as
soon as possible.
NOTE: Shipping times are contingent upon product
availability and carrier turnaround time. The
carrier selected (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, by Air, by
Part container (LCL) etc.) must approve your
application. In some cases, however, the carrier may
delay approval due to circumstances beyond our
control. If the carrier requires additional
information from you, we will need to reach you
immediately. So please make sure your order contains
an email address that you check regularly.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a
shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking
# will be included, if available. In general, orders
are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available. We
cannot ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.
