LOGO IMPRINT
If Logo Imprint involves legal liability of
copyright or patent or trademark, buyer must
provide proof of ownership or permission
from design owner to re-produce the Logo
Imprint onto product.
Artwork of imprint is to be supplied by
buyer and it will not be returned after
completion of the job unless it is specified
at time of submitting the Artwork to us.
Thereafter, we are not responsible for any
damage or loss of the Artwork.
PRIVATE LABEL OEM
We may accept Private Label on our products
but quantity of each single item must be not
less than 100-250 or 500 pieces (depending
on the product), and all set up charges
(Block fees etc. if appear) will be for
account of buyer. All artworks for packages
will be supplied by buyer.
STANDARD COLORS AND PACKING
Not with standing the samples submitted, all
goods will be supplied in standard colors
and packing of our current production unless
it is specially specified by buyer. Special
color and packing to buyer's specifications
are subject to surcharges or free for orders
above 500 sets.

Can you produce with my brand?
Yes, for a standard custom brand business,
we suggest customer order our products MOQ
required sets or parts from each model as
stated on our OEM conditions. and you need
to issue us Brand License before loading the
goods.
If I don't have enough places in my
store or cannot order MOQ sets @ one time,
can I get Support?
We Try to support you, contact us we will
seek a solution base on your situation.
Why your company set MOQ (minimum
order quantity)?
We don't print in our factory and our print
suppliers set an MOQ to us

What's the warranty of your
Products?
1 Year as a standard. Batteries 6 months.
What's the Defect Rate?
Less than 1%.
What's your production capacity?
We have 14 production lines and can produce
about 25000 finish products (include
CE2/CE3) each day.
Can I pay a visit to your factory
and view the production line?
Yes, we welcome any customers from the
world, just take flight to Shenzhen city, We
will pick you up at Shenzhen airport. We
also have 18 webcams online.
Can I get a sample?
Sure, but the new customer need to pay for
the sample and postage, or ask the express
company collect sample from our office. You
also can order in one of other web shops.
What's your payment terms?
We offer T/T or West Union, and 30% deposit
for orders large than 10,000 USD before
production the balance should pay before
shipping by carrier or for LCL copy of
original B/L.
Any discount if I promote

Yes, We offer 5% Discount of Royalsmokers
brand Products .
In my market there is a type of Product
selling very good but you don't produce.
We offer OEM Product in such situation, our
molding department will make the molds
according to your requirement and then we
send the sample to you ask confirmation
